Doc Constantine Report post Posted November 29, 2005 Recently we made a change in the format of the CnS, we were putting the entire ccnow order # in your name field (if it fit). Now we are using the first few digits for internal tracking. If you are trying to ref your order # from ccnow the last 6 digits will match up (***-##-####) we use the *, and the # are the ccnow order numbers. Hope this clears up some confusion. Unfortunatly we do the same with paypal, but we don't get the same #'s the customer does. This does not apply to the tracking number you get from the USPS with your CnS, this is only the extra data we put into the address field with your name.
