In the imp I get a hypnotic jasmine and incense, with a syrupy quality to it in the best way. Languid and sultry. On my skin it's more incense forward and I get some drier elements from the patchouli and saffron, and I can detect a bit of almond. The jasmine really fades into the background, but it still detectable. It's a gorgeous blend.

Thick bitter almond and heady night-blooming jasmine with saffron, cinnamon leaf, red patchouli, river lilies, bergamot, fig leaf and the sacred incense of Inanna.

In the imp and fresh on my skin I get lilies and jasmine, and wet on my skin that's rounded out a bit with almond and some green scent and something a bit spicy that I thought was cinnamon at first but seeing as that's actually the leaf then maybe it's the saffron?

As it dries over time the green  and some of the florals fade, I detect incense more, the almond is still there, and there's an almost musky patchouli. Can't say I've smelled red patchouli before but it's very interesting! There's still a bit of "spice" but I wonder now if that's the incense maybe, instead of the saffron.

Afew hours later the patchouli remains with some of that spice, possibly the remains of the incense. I haven't really gotten any bergamot and I'm not sure about the saffron now, but the florals are largely gone and the leaves are as well. There's still something a bit sweet, I want to say it's the almond, but the notes list it as bitter so I'm not sure what it is. Maybe a remnant of the florals?

I like this one, a fair amount, but I'm not necessarily in love with it. I'm undecided if I'll get a bottle. But I think I'll keep the imp and use it up.
