kebechet Report post Posted January 22, 2010 Good afternoon, everyone! Posting from home because, as Kathy explained, the lines are down at the Lab. The phone lines are wet, effectively wiping out our DSL. We have called our telecommunications company, and they will not be able to come out for service until Thursday. Evidently there are eleventybillion connectivity problems in Los Angeles due to the rain and they are swamped. We are hoping our DSL will come back up on its own when Los Angeles dries out over the weekend. Until the DSL is working, we will not be able to answer customer service emails or ship.
