cfrancesca Report post Posted August 3, 2011 (edited) Unreleased prototype, no notes or description given. I mostly get slightly sharp smokey opium, amber, and some resins from this one. As it settles I also start to get some tobacco. eta 8/7: Testing it again today, I think there might also be some dark musk in here and possibly some woods too. It's a bit too sharp for me to love right now, but I think it will get better and smooth out with some aging. I find it smokey, dark and sexy. zankoku_zen Report post Posted August 10, 2011 TCM2 is smoky opium, resins, tobacco and musk. It goes on strong and I feel like some aging on it would make it fantastic. Very Gun Moll in vibe.
angelamaria Report post Posted August 27, 2011 Incense and resins. Very rich, deep brown in feel. On my skin the aforementioned tobacco does come out, and while tobacco usually lends a smoky quality to blends for me, there is something decidedly powdery in this blend for me too, but difficult to tell what it might be. Slightly gritty in feel, dark and somewhat sexy, with a faint, fleeting bit of sweetness.
angelicruin Report post Posted October 2, 2011 Smoke, opium, tobacco, resinous. I do agree with the Gun Moll comparison.
Roogna Report post Posted December 4, 2011 I wish I got all that in mine in the bottle - opium, resins, and slightly cologne-y on my skin - very faint and a bit more biting/sharp....then it turns to a sweet floral that's very clean....and underneath bit of vetiver *sigh* not what I was wanting
