Trading Post orders will still be packed and shipped during that time, but customer service will be on a brief hiatus. Mr. Ted will be on radio silence, and will not be able to answer emails, forum pm’s, or FB messages. Teddy and his goblins will back at your beck and call on Monday, November 11th! If you have an emergency while BPTP is shuttered, please email Lisa at answers@blackphoenixalchemylab.com.
