Little Bird Report post Posted July 10, 2017 [No additional description given.] I get lots of cocoa powder and dark, sweet, glossy plum with hints of spicy, sort of black peppery carnation and dry sage. I don't love the herbal, dry sage part. I sprayed this on to some throw pillows and it quickly settled into a soft cocoa and dried herbs scent. Kept making me think of clary sage, with a bright, golden quality to the dry, herbal component. I wish the plum were stronger.
zankoku_zen Report post Posted October 16, 2017 Dark cocoa, plum, and hints of sage. It's very cocoa-plum to me.
kscha2017 Report post Posted November 22, 2017 This is the first BP item that I was in danger of drinking. I get primarily expensive dark chocolate, fresh cold carnation, and perfect plum, very well balanced so that they all appear at once and equal. I don't seem to pick up much myrrh or sage, but they may be hiding behind the chocolate and/or carnation to lend a bit more depth. Very rich and decadent, I find this a great companion to the Dark Chocolate, Black Tea, and Patchouli Hair Gloss.
VetchVesper Report post Posted November 4, 2019 The chocolate is dry and dark, with the carnation adding a spice, and the sage giving this a dry herbal bite. It could almost be a masculine chocolate. I like it very much. I never get plum though, and myrrh is usually vague to my nose unless it has the starring role.
