OVERLIGHT, the new release by Renegade Game Studios, is just the equalizer we’ve been waiting for – a “kaleidoscopic fantasy” that is somewhat less combat-based and more about the story. In creators’ words: “Characters will search for personal meaning among a fantastic, sometimes violent, and overwhelming world.” When we heard about the concept for OVERLIGHT, we had two thoughts. First: When can we play? And then immediately afterward: How can we get involved in players’ aesthetic experience? The latter question gave way to the following products, which are finally available on our sites after a strong debut at Gen Con alongside the game itself.
