Here’s a quickie update on the status of everything in the Lab… CUSTOMER SERVICE Ted is working day and night to answer everyone’s inquiries. There was a small problem with our outgoing POP server for about 12 hours, during which you may not have received a reply that he sent to you. If you emailed a few days ago and did not receive a reply, please email him and let him know, and he will resend the info from his sent folder. PENDING ORDERS THROUGH 11/15 The eleven of us at the Lab have been working from 10am to midnight (and a couple of extra hours for myself, Beth, Ted and Anthony), seven days a week, to try to get all orders placed prior to November 15th out in time for the holiday. In order to speed up the process, orders are going out… a little out of order. Seemingly random, I think, but it makes sense to us. We are doing everything in our power to get the orders out as fast as we can, and will be shipping daily through 12/22, and through 12/23 if need be. Thanks to everyone for their patience! .brian.
