zankoku_zen Report post Posted January 9, 2020 Deep resinous myrrh with smoky champaca. If you're looking for a ceremonial resin type blend, look no further. Good throw and wear length.
biggnerd Report post Posted February 8, 2020 Nag Champa tends to go Ivory soap on me, and this is no exception. It's soap with resin. Then just Ivory soap.
alyelle Report post Posted February 22, 2020 In the imp: the exact champa of every new age store I went to in 1995. Wet: sweet myrrh (which I can never spell properly, if my journal is anything to go by), and a slight gasoline-flower note. Little to none of the classic champa scent I got before I put it on my skin. Dry: on me, this dries off to basically sing note myrrh, which is possibly something I ought to be grateful for. Medium throw with a 6-8 hour lifespan. Stars: ★★★
puellacaerulea Report post Posted March 1, 2020 This starts out as straight-up champa incense, but after some wear, the myrrh amps up quite a bit, almost overtaking the champa and making the overall scent more resinous than smoky/incense-y. A little strong and dark for everyday wear, but I'll be hanging onto my decant.
Threemoons Report post Posted April 13, 2020 On me, this one goes from a really dry, high, sharp champa down to an almost honeyed myrrh resin. It's smokey and a little sticky in a good way on me. Glad I got this one!
Permanent.Black.Ink. Report post Posted November 1, 2020 This smells like any/ every Nag Champa incense you've burned, and it throws like an olympic athlete. It's one of my favorites in its simplicity and familiarity.
