kebechet Report post Posted December 30, 2004 Reiterated almost verbatim from another post I made today: The Lab is still open and running, but there might be a slight delay on email replies that require physical look-ups as both Puddin and I are floored with the flu at the moment. We're doing our best to see to it that all emails are answered and all issues are looked into in a timely manner, but at this time its involving a heap of phone calls and emails back and forth from home to the Lab, so there's a small delay. To reiterate, all orders placed prior to 11/15 were shipped. If you have not received your package yet and you placed your order prior to that date, there is something amiss. Please email us to let us know, and we will do our best to take care of it for you. Please do not PM us with questions: the only way we can keep track of anything is through formal emails.
